Airspace World 2025: the Lisbon programme

Airspace World 2025 brought SkyRoster to Lisbon on 13–15 May. This announcement set out the demonstration programme. The event has ended; read the recap for the team’s report.

Demonstration programme

At stand H2878, the team planned sessions on staff records, competency tracking, shift and sector planning, strategic and tactical rostering, leave requests, shift swaps and reporting.

The programme included demonstrations using representative roster data and discussions of visitors’ scheduling requirements. It covered how planners configure constraints, inspect generated rosters and respond to operational changes.

The questions behind the demonstration

The sessions focused on practical questions: how demand and qualifications are represented, which rules are supported, how staff requests are reviewed and what information reaches other teams.

A useful demonstration identifies both supported workflows and the configuration or integration work required. Planner review remains part of the process before a roster is approved for use.
