Cookies and browser storage
This notice describes the website’s browser storage and external services. It is separate from the settings and policies of a customer’s SkyRoster application.
Preferences and tool drafts
The website uses local storage on your device to remember your choices. Theme and tool drafts remain until you reset the relevant tool or clear this site’s browser data. Analytics choices are valid for 180 days, after which we ask again and analytics stays off until you choose. Browser settings or private browsing may remove or disable storage.

Tool drafts stay in the browser unless you choose a share or export action. Avoid entering personal, confidential or operationally sensitive information on a shared device. The offer builder can place your selected configuration in a link when you choose to share it; that link should be treated as information you are disclosing.
Optional analytics
When these services are available, you can accept or reject both, or choose each separately. Neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity loads before you consent to its category. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from reading the site, using its tools or sending an enquiry.
Audience analytics
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits, page use, referring websites and approximate geographical location. It receives page addresses without query strings or fragments, browser and device information, and selected actions such as choosing a discovery call link or successfully sending an enquiry. It uses cookies to distinguish browsers. Location is estimated from network information; we do not request your device’s GPS location.
Session replay and heatmaps
Microsoft Clarity helps us see where visitors click and scroll and how they move through public pages. It processes browser and device information and reconstructs page interactions for session replay. Replay is disabled on enquiry forms, the offer builder and tools where you enter requirements or policy information. We also mask forms and tool areas. Clarity is not loaded when the page address or referring address contains a query string or fragment.
We do not send your name, email, enquiry text or tool inputs as analytics events. Advertising consent is denied in both integrations. Analytics runs only on the public production website, and reports cover visitors who consent; they are not a complete count of everyone visiting.

Browser restrictions may shorten these periods. Microsoft also documents third-party cookies such as CLID, MUID, MR, SM and ANONCHK; their use depends on consent and browser settings. See Microsoft’s cookie inventory. Our site cannot delete cookies belonging to another provider’s domain; you can manage those through your browser or the provider’s controls.
Other external services
The contact and offer enquiry forms load Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish a person from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes request and browser information for this security check. We use the widget without its optional pre-clearance feature; that configuration does not set a cf_clearance cookie. Blocking the service can prevent online submission; you can email us instead. Fonts are served by this website. Booking links open Microsoft Bookings only when selected; that service has its own privacy and storage notices.
Your controls
Use Analytics preferences here or in the footer to change or withdraw your choices at any time. Withdrawal stops further measurement for that category, clears accessible analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop any active recording. It does not erase information already received by a provider. If browser storage is unavailable, optional analytics stays off.
You can also inspect or delete website storage in your browser’s site settings, use the tools’ reset controls, or block third-party services. Changing these settings may stop a preference being remembered or an enquiry form completing.
