Custom leave types


Define different types of leave requests. A leave request is a request from an employee to a head of unit to ask for days off due to specific reasons: an emergency leave, annual leave, sick leave, wedding leave, maternity leave. These types of leave requests can be defined and parameterized with different number of allowed days per year for each of them. Each time a leave request is approved and performed the number of days associated with it shall be subtracted from the total number of days per year.


Custom duty types


A duty request is a request from an employee to a head of unit to ask for a working period approval, like overtime, training, business meetings, etc. Each duty request type can have an associated allowance rate, which will be used by the system to calculate the amount of extra allowance hours earned by the employee when a duty request is performed.


Absence management


Automated management of employee absences with a simple and intuitive overview and one-click approval process.


Automated time and allowance tracking


Keep track of your employees remaining vacation days, convert overtime to extra allowance hours and get rid of Excel and paper-based time sheets. When a replacement shift or duty shift is covered by an employee, his earned extra-allowance will be credited to his total allowance. Prevent employees from taking more days off than the limits preconfigured in their digital contracts.
